Please join Sheriff Charmaine McGuffey and other certified Defensive Tactics instructors who will conduct a self-defense class benefitting GOTR Cincinnati!

The goal of this inter-active class is to minimize fear and anxiety and help increase confidence with proven tactical dynamics in self-defense. Strategies for personal safety will be discussed at length with opportunities to practice techniques modeled by the instructors.

Feel free to bring a friend for partner based exercises or you can partner with another class participant. (Participation in exercises is completely voluntary.) Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
